Frequently Asked Questions

Our IDP dynasty rankings derive from a model that takes into account productivity, position, and age. The model weighs production the heaviest, so often you will see that we are higher on some older players than other content creators in the dynasty space.

Our IDP trade values currently cater towards shallower leagues, at around 6-8 starters. We hope to incorporate various league formats in the near future.

Trade values are not based off "true position" IDP at the moment, and are optimized for general LB, DL and DB categories.

Our default rankings correspond to a tackle-heavy scoring setup. In this format, scoring is consistent across all positions.

Utilizing this variation of scoring leads to the following point breakdowns:

  • 1 Point: Assisted Tackle, QB Hit
  • 2 Point: Solo Tackle, Tackle For Loss
  • 3 Point: Pass Defended, Forced Fumble, Fumble Recovery, Blocked Punt/PAT/FG
  • 6 Point: Sack, Interception, Defensive TD

Big 3 is a contemporary IDP scoring format developed by The IDP Show.

In this setup, stud players are at the forefront, thanks to a fantasy points allocation that refrains from overinflating tackle numbers.

The points allocation is as follows:

  • Solo Tackles: 1.25
  • Assisted Tackles: 0.75
  • Passes Defended: 4
  • Forced Fumble: 4
  • Fumble Recovery: 3
  • Sacks: 5
  • INTs and TDs: 6
